Once a digital product (including templates, planners, or printable files) has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• You received the wrong product due to a technical error

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
