1. What are digital planners?

Digital planners are downloadable PDF files designed for use on tablets and touchscreen devices such as iPads, Android tablets, and Windows tablets.

They work like traditional paper planners but offer added benefits:

• Seamless use within apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Samsung Notes

2. How do I use your digital planners and stickers?

Getting started is simple:

1. Purchase and download your product
2. Save the file to your device or cloud storage
3. Open it in a compatible note-taking app (GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, etc.)
4. Start planning, writing, and adding stickers directly on your screen

3. Which apps are your products compatible with?

Our digital planners and stickers are compatible with most popular annotation apps, including:

• GoodNotes (iPad & Android)
• Notability (iPad)
• Xodo (Android & Windows)
• Samsung Notes
• Kindle (viewing only; limited annotation)

All files are provided in PDF and/or PNG format for broad compatibility.

4. What devices can I use your products on?

Our products work best on:

• iPad (with Apple Pencil recommended)
• Android tablets (Samsung Galaxy, etc.)
• Windows tablets
• Kindle Fire (limited functionality)

They can also be viewed on smartphones and computers, but the best experience is on larger touchscreens.

5. How do I download my purchase?

After completing your purchase:

• You’ll be redirected to a download page
• You’ll receive an email with your download links
• Click the link and save your files to your device or cloud storage

⚠️ Important:
Download links expire after 7 days and have a limited number of downloads. Please save your files in a secure location.

6. I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?

Please check:

• Spam
• Junk
• Promotions folder

If you still don’t see it:

• Confirm the email address used at checkout
• Contact us at contact@qbooksly.shop with your order details

We’ll resend your download link within 1–2 business days.

7. Can I share or resell your products?

No. All Qbooksly products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase includes a personal-use license only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the files
• Share them with others
• Upload them to public or file-sharing platforms
• Use them for commercial purposes without permission

8. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files have been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue (such as a corrupted file or failed download), please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

9. Can I get a refund if I purchased the wrong product?

We encourage reviewing product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.

If you made an error, contact us within 24 hours. At our discretion, we may offer:

• A one-time exchange
• Store credit

10. Do you offer commercial use licenses?

Yes. If you’re a coach, teacher, content creator, or business owner and wish to use our products in services or digital offerings, a Commercial Use License is required.
