1. What are digital planners?
Digital planners are downloadable PDF files designed to be used on tablets and touchscreen devices (like iPad, Android, or Windows tablets). They function like traditional paper planners but offer the benefits of customization, searchability, and eco-friendly reuse — all within apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Samsung Notes.
2. How do I use your digital planners and stickers?
- Purchase and download your product.
- Transfer the file to your device (via email, cloud storage, or direct download).
- Open it in a compatible note-taking app (e.g., GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo).
- Start writing, planning, and adding stickers directly on your screen.
No printing required!
3. What apps are your products compatible with?
Our planners and stickers are designed to work with most popular annotation apps, including:
- GoodNotes (iPad & Android)
- Notability (iPad)
- Xodo (Android & Windows)
- Samsung Notes
- Kindle (for reading only; limited annotation)
All files are in PDF or PNG format for universal compatibility.
4. What devices can I use your products on?
Our digital planners work best on:
- iPad (with Apple Pencil)
- Android tablets (Samsung Galaxy, etc.)
- Windows tablets
- Kindle Fire (limited functionality)
They can also be viewed on smartphones and computers, though the full interactive experience is optimized for larger touchscreens.
5. How do I download my purchase?
After completing your purchase:
- You’ll be redirected to a download page.
- You’ll also receive an email with your download links.
- Click the link and save the file(s) to your device or cloud storage.
Note: Download links expire after 7 days and allow a limited number of downloads. Be sure to save your files in a secure location.
6. I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
If you still can’t find it:
- Verify the email address used at checkout.
- Contact us at contact@qbooksly.com with your order number (if available), and we’ll resend your link within 1–2 business days.
7. Can I share or resell your products?
No. All Qbooksly products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are licensed to use them personally and may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share files with others
- Upload to public platforms or file-sharing sites
- Use in commercial services without a Commercial Use License

8. Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds once a file has been downloaded.
However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, failed download), please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
9. Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong planner?
We recommend reviewing product descriptions and previews before purchasing. If you made an error, contact us within 24 hours, and we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time exchange or store credit.
10. Do you offer commercial use licenses?
Yes. If you're a coach, teacher, content creator, or business owner who wants to use our planners or stickers in your services or digital offerings, you must obtain a Commercial Use License.

11. Are your products editable?
Yes! You can write, draw, highlight, and add text using your stylus or finger in a compatible app. However, the layout and design elements (such as fonts and graphics) are fixed and cannot be altered.
Stickers can be moved, resized, and layered within your planning app.
12. Do you offer free products?
Yes! We regularly offer free digital planner samples, sticker packs, and productivity templates to our email subscribers.
